About Me

I’m Kirsten Krupps and I’m 21 years young. I was born and raised in Peoria, Illinois. Currently, I’m a full-time student at Bradley University, where I am majoring in Advertising and have a minor in Interactive Media. My true passion is photography, specializing in natural light portraits, animals, as well as live concerts.

I’m pretty sure I was a rockstar in a past life. Unfortunately, my singing and/or musical skills did not make it into this one. One skill that I do possess, though, is an eye for photography. Natural light portraits, where people look, well, natural and candid is one of my favorite styles and one that I’m most comfortable in. I’ve loved animals ever since I can remember, so it’s really no surprise that I like to photography animals, both wild and domestic. And combining my interest of photography and love of music just came naturally. People are sometimes surprised that I love rock (and all types, really) music, but, trust me, this isn’t my first pit. I find it exciting and rewarding to photograph the energy of a live concert.

In addition to photography, I also enjoy doing graphic design work on the computer. Give me just about anything and my first instinct is to make it look as good as possible. Flyers, posters, postcards, t-shirts, menus, and banners are some of my favorites. If you would like to collaborate or simply hire me, please don’t hesitate to contact me!
