Adelitas Way and Mindset Evolution | Concert

Friday night was 105.7 the X's Nutcracker 12 concert! I was a bit late due to another photoshoot, but I got there in time for Mindset Evolution and Adelitas Way. Since we were hosting the show, I pretty much had free reign to take photos wherever I wanted. It was awesome! I've seen both bands before multiple times, but this was the first time I got to photograph them. It was such a good concert! Check out my Facebook page for more!

Nutcracker 12 Poster | Graphic Design

This is the 12th annual Avanti's Nutcracker poster that WIXO 105.7 the X had me design. They pretty much gave me free reign over the design. I was inspired by the movie Nightmare Before Christmas. I found an awesome font on dafont called 'Christmas on Crack,' which was perfect! Still very rock, but with a Christmas twist!

It's going to be a kickass show with Adelitas Way, Mindset Evolution, Texas Hippie Coalition, and Otherwise. You can purchase tickets at all Co-op Records locations in Central Illinois! See you there!

Pop Evil & Saving Abel | Concert

105.7 the X was at the Heart of Illinois Fair all week long and the grand finale for us was the Pop Evil concert on Friday and Saving Abel on Saturday. We did a meet and greet with both bands for the fans. I got to meet them, too, and got a poster from each. They were all really nice guys and I was very excited to take photos of them! The lighting was actually really good at the Opera House at Expo Gardens, so I was very pleased with the results.

2012 HOI Fair Poster | Graphic Design

I've enjoyed going to 105.7 the X's shows at the HOI Fair for a few years now, so it was really exciting that I got to design this years poster. We'll have Pop Evil and Saving Abel headlining on two different nights. I cannot wait for these shows! I'll be running all over the place taking photos of the concert, as well as the Sexy Xies and the Xers!

The Miller logo was added last minute, if you can't tell. I couldn't find a proper place for it... I'm going to keep things like that in mind for next time.
